Moving from the inner body - an exploration

In this class, we will explore the principles and practice of Embodied Flow™ Yoga. It is a practice that requires us to listen deeply, to follow the flow of our own body, and to move from the depths of our awareness. It is an opportunity to fine-tune our practice to a state of effortless flow, to allow our body to find its own rhythm and expression.

Embodied Flow™ draws from the discoveries of Hatha yoga, tantric philosophy and Body Mind Centering, in order to experience yoga as a living art form. It provides the technology for a deep sense of ease, strength and connectivity. This practice is designed to empower the practitioner to be their own greatest teacher as they expand, integrate and facilitate awareness in their entire body-mind.                                                     

Each class will have a different focus of exploration to bring us into deeper alignment with our inner body and our natural patterns of movement. 

This class is suitable for those with some experience in yoga. It is not suitable for complete beginners.
